Kia ora, I’m Jo Doyle — founder of Navigate Immigration Services, Licensed Immigration Adviser, and RSE Specialist.

Supporting people has always been at the heart of my work. I believe everyone deserves fair, accurate, and compassionate guidance, especially when it comes to something as life-changing as immigration.

My journey into immigration began in 2020 through my work with the Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) scheme. That experience gave me first-hand insight into the challenges migrants face and the value of trusted advice.

Before founding Navigate Immigration Services, I built extensive experience in administration and compliance across the horticulture, shipping and travel industries. These roles honed my problem-solving skills, strengthened my global perspective, and deepened my appreciation for working with people from all backgrounds.

I’m proud to call the Bay of Plenty home. Outside of work, you’ll often find me enjoying family time, reading, or exploring the outdoors.
